I will start by teaching you to recognize the non -verbal cues that your body is responding to. I will also teach you how to rewire the way your brain reacts to certain triggers. In essence, it combines elements of mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help overcome fears, flight or fight, confidence issues, self esteem, PTSD anxiety, depression and more.
Some seeking this type of therapy may need a medical release from a dr. psychiatrist, or psychologist.
